can't find a costume I'm after. Can you help?
To locate your ideal costume please use the costume navigation
menu located to the left of each page. Alternatively, please
use the search facility located at the top of each page. Simply
add a search term and press 'GO!'. If you still cant find
what you are looking for then please contact
us and we will do our best to help you.
Can
I order by telephone?
Certainly. A member of our customer service team will be only
too happy to take your order over the telephone. Simply call
us on the number located above.
Do you provide
Mail Order costume hire?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer any Mail Order
or other "by mail" hire service.
How
much does it cost to hire an outfit?
From as little as £20.00 for basic costumes to £35 for specialised outfits and military uniforms. Accessories
may be hired on their own.
When
should I return my outfit?
We usually let customers have their outfits the day before
and expect them back the following day or as soon as possible
after use. For weekly or holiday hire, we can come to a mutually
agreed arrangement.
What
payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment by Debit Card or good old fashioned
Cash - If paying by Cash, a Deposit will be required.
Deposits
and Refunds?
Deposits are refunded in full unless damage or loss
has been sustained. Negotiable with Andrea.
What
is the British Costume Association? Are you a member?
Yes, our membership number is 743. The British Costume Association
is governed by certain standards to ensure that you the customer
benefit from our expertise and experience. Andrea's go beyond
this and guarantee that their customer service is the best
in the area.
